Refund policy

At Tiny Basket, each order is packed with care and a little extra love. Because of the nature of our goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. All sales are final.

Lost or Missing Orders

We truly hope every package finds its way home. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at hello@tinybasket.com. We'll look into it and do our best to make things right.

Refunds

If your order is confirmed lost and we are unable to reship, a refund may be issued at our discretion. Each request is reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll take care of you.
